About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating funeral arrangements, managing client communications, and ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Your duties will include:

  • Family Care:
    • Handling incoming calls and enquiries with empathy and professionalism;
    • Providing guidance and support to families throughout the funeral planning process;
    • Co-ordinating the scheduling of funeral arrangements and consultations.
  • Arrangement Co-ordination:
    • Preparing necessary documents and paperwork for funeral arrangements;
    • Managing the logistics of funeral services, including transportation and venue arrangements.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation;
    • Preparing and distributing necessary reports.
  • Team Co-ordination:
    • Collaborating with funeral directors and other team members to ensure calm and organised operations;
    • Assisting with staff scheduling and resource allocation.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven ability to prioritise and organise, who is outcome focused, and has excellent attention to detail. Your customer service skills and empathy will be strong points.
