Role Overview

The Technology Field Engineer provides comprehensive support for Information and Communications Technology facilities. This role delivers front-line service delivery and support services for clients using ICT facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information technology and telecommunications services support to enable front-line service delivery and support for clients using ICT facilities.
  • Support day-to-day business operations, including user account management, end-user devices, operating systems, and applications.
  • Assist with event preparation and event day support services.
  • Collaborate within the multi-disciplinary Technology Services team at the Corporate Office.
