We are seeking a Produce Supply Chain Coordinator to drive the baby leaf and vegetable supply plan, ensuring raw materials are available, competitive, and delivered on time. This role will collaborate with suppliers, growers, and internal teams to optimize efficiency, margins, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vegetable and baby leaf supply from growing regions to meet sales orders and dispatch schedules, optimizing gross margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with suppliers to drive sustainability, competitiveness, and innovation across the produce portfolio.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing facilities, business partners, and customers to exceed expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong commercial acumen and supplier engagement experience. You should also have excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a passion for the produce industry.
