Job Overview:
We are seeking a Produce Supply Chain Coordinator to drive the baby leaf and vegetable supply plan, ensuring raw materials remain available, competitive, and aligned with operational needs.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will coordinate vegetable and baby leaf supply from growing regions to meet sales orders and dispatch schedules, optimizing gross margins and customer satisfaction. You will partner with suppliers to drive sustainability, competitiveness, and innovation across the produce portfolio. Additionally, you will collaborate with manufacturing facilities, business partners, and customers to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and optimize vegetable and baby leaf supply chains
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
• Analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or equivalent experience in produce supply chains, particularly baby leaf and vegetables. Strong commercial acumen and supplier engagement experience are also essential. Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills are required, as well as a passion for the produce industry and commitment to delivering results.
