Student Support and Wellbeing Reception Officer
Job Summary:The University of Wollongong is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Student Support and Wellbeing Reception Officer to provide administrative support for the Student Wellbeing and Academic Support Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality and efficient administration of the services online and communications presence.
- Recruit and coordinate casual staff, manage procurement, and perform reception duties.
- Administer the student hub and provide support for the day-to-day operations of Student Wellbeing and Academic Support Services.
- Administrative experience with knowledge of assistive technologies supporting accessible education.
- Familiarity with Australian disability legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, office coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and a customer-focused mindset.
