Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a seasoned commercial lawyer to join our in-house legal team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading complex corporate and commercial matters.
- Negotiate and draft high-level contracts, including those involving importing materials, intellectual property, and building digital capabilities.
- Manage broad commercial matters, develop and manage dispute resolution strategies, and provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts.
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution work, including disputes with suppliers, defective product claims, and debt recovery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the commercial legal field, either in-house or at a top-tier law firm, with a minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of complex contracts and transactions.
- Ability to contribute to disputes and litigation management.
You will work closely with our Senior General Counsel, managing stakeholder and supplier relationships, and utilising your broad set of legal skills to deliver exceptional results.
