We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join our corporate team, working on high-profile transactions and providing expert advice to clients.

  • Drive due diligence processes and execute transactions with junior staff, anticipating issues and resolving challenges proactively
  • Craft clear, effective communications and legal documents tailored to the audience and desired outcome
  • Set a high standard for file management and deadline discipline, ensuring operational excellence across all matters
  • Engage with external advisors, senior stakeholders, and clients, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions
  • Exercise sound judgment in interpreting and clarifying client objectives, often in ambiguous or high-stakes contexts
  • Apply advanced critical thinking to shape legal and commercial strategy, contributing to firm-wide thought leadership
  • Mentor, coach, and support junior lawyers, fostering a culture of continuous growth and learning
