Senior Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Commercial Law team in Melbourne. This role offers broad exposure across various industries, including automotive, manufacturing, and health.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and has a desire to work directly with senior lawyers on high-profile cases.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing transactions ranging from $5 million to $150 million, mentoring and managing junior lawyers, and identifying new business opportunities.
