About Us

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of APAC Loyalty Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.

About The Role

  • Focusing on hunting and bringing on new customers proactively across the Asian & Pacific region
  • Negotiating and concluding long-term contracts to secure attractive prices and terms
  • Monitoring account developments to anticipate future opportunities or threats
  • Taking responsibility for each step in the sales process
  • Managing the APAC loyalty team
  • Developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Studying market developments to occupy a strong position in relation to the competition

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively headhunt and business develop new customers
  • Negotiate and conclude long-term contracts
  • Monitor account developments
  • Take responsibility for each step in the sales process
  • Manage the APAC loyalty team
  • Develop and execute strategic plans
  • Study market developments

Your Qualifications

You must have 5+ years of experience in a business development function, preferably in a loyalty context, and a Master degree or equivalent in a marketing or business field of study.
