**Job Title:** Senior Credit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing debtors ledgers, improving cash receivables, and supporting sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the debtors ledger, including collections, allocation, dispute management, and reconciliation.
  • Achieve days sales outstanding (DSO), aged debt profile, and doubtful debt goals.
  • Effectively manage key accounts and make decisions on customer trading status, debt collection strategy, and order approval within credit policy.
  • Efficiently manage the Credit Limit Exceed report.
  • Handle disputed invoices and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cash collections and customer satisfaction.
  • Timely and accurate allocation of customer payments and account reconciliation.
  • Identify high-risk customers and implement appropriate mitigation measures with the Credit Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Proven credit expertise and a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional organisational skills for managing tasks in demanding environments.
  • Effective cash collection experience.
  • Proficiency in meticulous account reconciliation.
  • Ability to meet personal and team objectives.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas.
  • Problem-solving skills with stakeholder influence.
