Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Credit Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of credit control professionals.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.

  • Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reporting for management review is a critical aspect of this role.
  • Collaboration with project engineers to address outstanding or problematic accounts, facilitating resolutions swiftly, is essential.
  • Working closely with external stakeholders such as lawyers and credit bureaus when escalating debt-related cases is also required.
  • Reviewing contracts and invoices, ensuring accurate entity details, payment terms, and compliance with company standards, is a vital part of this position.
  • Leading monthly debtor meetings with senior management to report on progress and performance is a key responsibility.
