Main Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage customer ledgers, ensuring accurate records and timely reconciliations.
  • Conduct thorough debt collection activities, fostering strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including banking, allocations, and receipting, to efficiently manage cash flow and financial transactions.
  • Investigate discrepancies in un-reconciled payments, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing disputes and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyse data and prepare detailed reports to inform business decisions and drive financial performance.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Credit Officer or Controller, with a passion for collections and customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately, manage time effectively, and approach challenges proactively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate successfully in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
