This is a mid-senior level position for a Senior Project Engineer.

Job Description

Lendlease is seeking an experienced professional to lead the procurement and construction functions, manage site/project engineers, and ensure project delivery meets the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction planning, productivity, sustainability, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and financial and contract management. They will also mentor junior staff and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience
  • Proven track record on large-scale building projects
  • Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management
  • Experience resolving design and coordination issues
  • Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
