Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee regional construction teams in executing the New Restaurant Growth Plan and Reinvestment Plan. The successful candidate will manage a team of project managers in delivering best-in-class designs and built restaurants across VIC, WA, SA, and TAS markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading regional construction teams to execute the New Restaurant Growth Plan and Reinvestment Plan
  • Managing a team of project managers in delivering best-in-class designs and built restaurants
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to guide design directions and customer experience
  • Overseeing master design documentation development and delivery for restaurants Australia-wide
  • Exercising expertise in construction cost analysis, consultant evaluation, and procurement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction, or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in architectural/design or construction industry at a management level
  • Extensive construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of project management systems and document management software
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
