Job Opportunity

This is a challenging position for an experienced project professional to manage projects with a leading organisation in the Defence, Education, Infrastructure and Healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of projects including financials, programming, documentation, contract administration and risk management.
  • Liaising with authorities, consultants, engineers and community members on project consultation.
  • Supervising head contractors for delivery of works, meeting all project requirements including WHS regulations.
  • Monitoring and reporting progress of projects against goals, objectives, approved budgets and timelines.
  • Ensuring high-quality completion of projects prior to handover.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working on commercial construction projects, ideally a mix between commercial and civil infrastructure works.
  • Degree in engineering or construction management or relevant trade background.
  • Experience in end-to-end project management roles.
