- Strong understanding of agile project methodologies to plan and deliver work packages.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as part of a team, using initiative to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Planner.
- Experience working in government administration.
