Project Management Opportunity

This position offers a chance to work on diverse projects with a leading project management firm, including Defence, Education, Infrastructure works and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • \
  • Managing all aspects of the project, including financials, programming, documentation, contract administration and risk management.\
  • Liaising with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in consultation on the project.\
  • Management of head contractors for their delivery of works, including meeting all project expectations, including WHS requirements.\
  • Tracking and reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.\
  • Ensuring the project is completed to a high standard prior to handover.\

Requirements

  • \
  • Demonstrated capacity working on Commercial Construction projects, ideally a mix between Commercial and Civil Infrastructure works.\
  • Possessing an Engineering or Construction Management degree or relevant trade background.\
  • Demonstrated capacity working in an end-end Project management role.\
