**Lifestyle Coordinator Job Opportunity**

At Catholic Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly pay rate. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle activities and programs that promote the social, psychological, recreational cultural and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification, as well as strong communication skills and a positive attitude. You will also have the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement lifestyle activities and programs to promote resident choice and participation.
  • Conduct resident assessments to gain a deeper understanding of each resident's preferences and needs.
  • Act as a team leader, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to the lifestyle team.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
