About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerial Sensor Technician to join our team at Fugro. As a key member of our Inspection and Monitoring (Land) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our geospatial data collection systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Aviation Operations team and other stakeholders to prepare and maintain survey systems and equipment for geo data collection in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide first-line technical support to Survey Operations in Australia and New Zealand, including troubleshooting and resolving complex system faults.
  • Support and maintain systems involving embedded computers, lasers, optics, electronics, cameras, and navigation systems.
  • Manage inventory and prepare freight for systems and spares.
  • Install and demobilize systems in aircraft and provide equipment logistics support.
  • Develop design modifications and improve maintenance documentation as needed.
