The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Civil Construction Apprentice. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Our Civil Construction Apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the industry. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and participate in formal classroom training to gain a nationally recognized trade qualification (Certificate III in Civil Construction).

As a Civil Construction Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of gas pipelines, including digging holes and repairing leaks. You will also be involved in monitoring equipment and assessing safety risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction and maintenance of gas pipelines
  • Monitor equipment and assess safety risks

Requirements
  • Available to commence your career with us in January 2025
  • Ready to ask questions, work hard, listen and learn from your mistakes
  • Enjoy working outdoors and getting your hands dirty
  • Able to listen carefully, follow directions in the interest of safety for yourself, the team, assets, and environment
  • A year 12 school leaver or a mature applicant
  • Able to work in confined spaces / at heights
  • Licensed to drive a motor vehicle
  • Self-motivated
  • A good communicator
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated to learning and developing your skills
