Role Overview

The Client Development Consultant role at Euromonitor International is a key position that drives business growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B consultative sales, with experience in the information services or FMCG industry. This is a proactive, activity-driven role that requires tenacity, drive, and commercial awareness to progress and close deals.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our book of business by growing existing accounts, engaging and mapping multiple business units and functions, and proactively leading with insights to set Euromonitor as their key solution provider. This will involve securing new contracts and increasing revenue streams from existing corporate clients, developing client relationships, and managing the sales process to successfully progress, win deals, and achieve monthly and annual targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have at least 2-3 years of B2B consultative sales experience, with a strong understanding of the information services or FMCG industry. They will also need to be a self-starter who is looking to work with an ambitious and dynamic team, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Additionally, they will need to be able to manage workload across all clients, balancing proactive commercial activities with inbound leads, and have the ability to solve problems and react positively to change.
