The opportunity: We're seeking a Learning Partner to support our learning strategy, ensuring our members receive effective training and development initiatives. This key role will design and maintain various learning solutions, driving capability and talent development through bespoke training programs and leadership development.
This role will be responsible for:
- Designing and Maintaining Learning Solutions: Face-to-face, virtual, eLearning, and webinars.
- Supporting Capability and Talent Development: New employee onboarding, bespoke training programs, and leadership development.
- Delivery of Learning Solutions: Engage stakeholders and meet regulatory requirements.
- Resolving Employee Queries: Providing advice and assistance as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At Least Three Years' Experience: Learning partnering/advisory or OD role within a corporate environment.
- Relevant Qualification: Adult learning or workplace training/or related studies in Learning/OD highly regarded.
- End-to-End Learning Development: Needs analysis, content design, delivery coordination, facilitation, assessment, and evaluation.
- Data Analysis: Prepare reports that deliver valued insights.
- Organizational Development: Understand organisational development needs & deliver creative solutions.
- Content Creation: Creating and maintaining content using web-based authoring tools (Articulate) and maintaining learning management systems (ELMO).
Collaborative Work Environment:
You'll work collaboratively with the People & Capability team and employees across the bank, providing sound advice and communicating complex issues simply. We count on you, and you can count on us.
