  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations that meet client needs, showcasing our products and services in a compelling manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, providing valuable insights for future strategy and growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in specialist or hospital sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and adherence to the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
  • Desirable: Haematology/ Oncology selling experience and strong knowledge of haematology and oncology products or treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, consistently seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, making informed decisions and taking calculated risks.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
