This role involves working with haematology and oncology products, focusing on developing sales strategies to achieve growth targets in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective sales plans to drive business growth in the haematology and oncology markets.
- Build strong relationships with specialist healthcare professionals and decision-makers to foster a collaborative environment.
- Provide product education and support to medical practitioners and stakeholders, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of our products.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to meet client needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in specialist or hospital sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge and experience of haematology and oncology products or treatments, as well as Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-driven mindset with proactive problem-solving approach, ensuring efficient resolution of challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
