Sales Professional - Haematology and Oncology

This role involves working with haematology and oncology products, focusing on developing sales strategies to achieve growth targets in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to drive business growth in the haematology and oncology markets.
  • Build strong relationships with specialist healthcare professionals and decision-makers to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Provide product education and support to medical practitioners and stakeholders, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of our products.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in specialist or hospital sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of haematology and oncology products or treatments, as well as Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with proactive problem-solving approach, ensuring efficient resolution of challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
