Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team as a Supply Chain Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring import/export documentation to ensure legal compliance and providing administration within governmental rules and regulations.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years' experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • A valid forklift license.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize carriers' pickup activities for domestic and export shipments to meet customer ship dates.
  • Work with international freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers to ensure timely delivery of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure correct Incoterms usage and work with other departments to prioritize orders and meet shipping deadlines.
