Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our supply chain team as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Coordinate logistics activities, including organizing carriers' pickup activities, working with international freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with Incoterms.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure order ship dates are met and orders are prioritized.
  • Manage day-to-day planning for the shipping department in support of the production plan.
  • Provide guidance to the shipping team on size/weight restrictions and HT stamping requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Three years' work experience in a logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to do multiple tasks and solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Valid forklift license.
  • Five to seven years' experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management.
