The Opportunity

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and onboarding them, as well as providing guidance and support throughout the process.

This role involves collaborating with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies, maintaining accurate records in the recruitment database, and providing reporting as required.

Key to your success will be your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, having excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities autonomously.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the relevant industries, and possess the necessary skills to match candidates with suitable opportunities.
