As a key member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in driving organic growth and building on our inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Screen calls with potential candidates and conduct thorough reference checks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless candidate experience
- Provide detailed support to drive proactive recruitment initiatives
- University qualifications in Human Resources, Business/Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years' full-service recruitment experience within the Science or Engineering sector, preferably in a consulting environment
- Experience reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems
