About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering quality recruitment services in a fast-paced working environment. You will partner with hiring managers and our people team to determine hiring needs and create talent pooling, sourcing and attraction strategies in order to get the best quality candidates.
 

This role is based in our Perth corporate office with regular site visits to enhance your knowledge of our business and people requirements.
 

Key elements of the role include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across Iluka sites

  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to hiring managers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Conduct market mapping to identify recruitment trends and opportunities

  • Drive continuous improvement across recruitment workflows and systems

  • Leverage networks and industry insights to attract high-quality candidates

  • Design and manage employee referral programs, talent pooling, and attraction strategies

About you

To be successful for this role, you will have

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within the resources sector

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders

  • Strong capability in recruitment systems, reporting, market mapping, and sourcing strategies

  • Experience designing and implementing candidate pipeline and attraction programs

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
