The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in attracting and engaging high-caliber professionals to various teams. This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and site locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Source, interview, and select candidates for diverse positions across geology, underground mining, health and safety, administration, and corporate roles.
- Negotiate with candidates, fostering strong relationships within the gold industry.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pools for critical business areas.
- Contribute to the enhancement of employer branding and market recognition through targeted initiatives.
This role demands experience in the full talent acquisition process, from strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance. It also requires highly developed communication skills and expertise in talent acquisition from the mining or resources sector.
Requirements:- Experience in talent acquisition
- Professional communication skills
- Interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to remote sites, occasionally for extended periods
- Current West Australian C Class driver's license and the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
