Job Title:

Senior Manager Finance

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Finance Team in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality financial services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial outcomes.
  2. Lead the Finance Team in preparing and presenting financial reports, forecasts and budgets.
  3. Provide expert advice on financial matters to senior management and the Board.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial information.
Requirements:
  • Professional Accounting Qualifications (CPA/CA) with a degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of the Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance, including in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in financial operations: month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, FBT (charity salary packaging) and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in block funding acquisition processes would be highly regarded.
