**Cosmetic Medical Receptionist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cosmetic Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our cosmetic medical practice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting patients with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Taking calls from patients and booking appointments with ease
  • Setting up treatment rooms for the day and for procedures with attention to detail
  • Managing all patient data with confidentiality and precision
  • Invoicing and receipting of consultations with accuracy

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in medical administration (preferred)
  • 1 year experience in customer service (preferred)
  • Australian work authorization (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word
