About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate Phone Sales Consultant with a background in aesthetics or cosmetic injectables to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will handle a mix of inbound and outbound patient communications, educate potential clients on treatments, manage leads, and play a key role in converting interest into bookings.

This is a strategically resourced position designed to support clinic operations and optimize patient conversion. You'll be a key contact point for clients and expected to balance consultative communication with operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize all inbound calls, aiming to maintain zero missed calls across the business daily.
  • Handle outbound lead follow-up.
  • Deliver exceptional patient communication and sales support, leveraging your knowledge of the aesthetics industry.
  • Assist prospective clients by explaining treatments, addressing concerns, and converting leads into bookings.
  • CRM-related tasks (e.g., scheduling, rescheduling, appointment confirmations etc)
  • Proactively manage and track leads assigned to you, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
  • Maintain clear communication with the team via our internal communication platform and stay responsive throughout your shift.
  • Adapt to changes in phone line coverage during shifts as directed.
  • Complete ad-hoc outbound and phone-based tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Experience in cosmetic injectables or an aesthetics practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you must be confident, clear, and professional on the phone and in written interactions.
  • Experience in phone-based sales or patient coordination is highly desired.
  • Comfortable discussing treatment options, booking appointments, and addressing client questions with authority and care.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or clinic management systems preferred.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Proactive team player who can also work independently.
