About Us
We have over 75 villages and more than 17,000 residents nationally, making us Australia's leading owner and operator of retirement living communities. Leveraging over 30 years of experience, our teams work across the country in various departments and business units, all sharing a common goal: We Lead with Heart, and we are committed to creating caring and fun-filled retirement communities.
Our purpose is to create places where communities thrive - not only for our residents but importantly, for our employees as well. We do this by creating safe, secure and connected independent living communities where residents can enjoy active and social lifestyles, close to essential services and amenities.
We achieve this through various initiatives, including generous leave entitlements, fitness passports, discounted health insurance, and career development opportunities. Our team culture, staff parking, and community day out make it an ideal place to grow your career.

You will have excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks.
You will assist with reception duties, manage incoming enquiries, support the Village Manager and team with administrative tasks and daily operations, maintain accurate data records, and assist with invoicing. You will also coordinate contractor inductions, conduct resident welfare checks, create and distribute weekly newsletters, and help organise and support community events and activities.
Requirements- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Administration and demonstrated customer service experience
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
We offer a range of benefits to support your growth and wellbeing, including:
- Generous leave entitlements
- Fitness passports
- Discounted health insurance
- Career development opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a creative and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about interacting and building positive relationships with independent living seniors.
