Restoration Technicians play a vital role in the insurance industry, serving customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough damage assessments and report on losses
  • Perform emergency repairs to prevent further damage
  • Demonstrate expertise in restoration techniques and processes
  • Manage equipment deployment and collection
  • Meet key performance indicators for insurers and management
  • Enter claims information into our CRM system
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotations
  • Undertake additional duties as directed by management
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in water, fire, and mould restoration is beneficial
  • IICRC Accreditations are highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound organizational skills and time-management abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A valid driver's license is required
