Variation: Every day is different. You'll visit different properties and meet different people. You'll be provided with a work vehicle for jobs all over Canberra and Batemans Bay, with opportunities for interstate travel too.

Our Team: We enjoy working with each other and start our mornings together – usually over a coffee. We still feel like a small, close-knit group and welcome you into our 'family' when you join the team.
Your Role as a Restoration TechnicianWhat you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with clients
- Assessing property damage
- Completing reports and surveys using a company-provided iPad
- Completing property restoration work
- Providing practical solutions to issues as they arise on the job
This job isn't just for anyone. Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- You like the variety in a flexible schedule and will be at multiple locations with different clients each day
- You enjoy communicating with and helping people in their time of need
- You have a positive personality and can contribute to a friendly team environment
- You like taking responsibility and making decisions; we invest in and train you for on-site decision-making
- You are organized with attention to detail – from tool staging to site clean-up and planning future attendances
- You have a valid Australian driver's license
