Our Team: We enjoy working with each other and start our mornings together – usually over a coffee. We still feel like a small, close-knit group and welcome you into our 'family' when you join the team.

Your Role as a Restoration Technician

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with clients
  • Assessing property damage
  • Completing reports and surveys using a company-provided iPad
  • Completing property restoration work
  • Providing practical solutions to issues as they arise on the job
Qualifications & Fit

  • You like the variety in a flexible schedule and will be at multiple locations with different clients each day
  • You enjoy communicating with and helping people in their time of need
  • You have a positive personality and can contribute to a friendly team environment
  • You like taking responsibility and making decisions; we invest in and train you for on-site decision-making
  • You are organized with attention to detail – from tool staging to site clean-up and planning future attendances
  • You have a valid Australian driver's license
