Restoration Specialist

As a skilled Restoration Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, working independently and collaboratively to restore properties to their original condition. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, be physically fit, and have strong electronic reporting skills, including proficiency with iPad technology.
Key Responsibilities- Attend to various restoration projects, including water damage, fire damage, mould, and specialized cleaning/restoration jobs.
- Perform all aspects of mitigation & restoration works, encompassing strip outs, small-scale demolition, water mitigation, structural drying, and carpet/upholstery cleaning.
- Operate equipment, complete job documentation on an iPad, and maintain accurate records.
- Previous experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction is highly desirable but not essential.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are mandatory.
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning, including asbestos cleanup, and practical skills with hand tools are advantageous.
