Restoration Specialist Opportunity
Our organization offers a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development. As a Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest quality of restoration services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating mitigation protocols according to industry standards and our organization's processes
- Communicating with customers about scope of work and establishing expectations
- Obtaining necessary documentation (Photos, Work Authorizations, Certificate of Completions etc.)
- Updating all job files with loss information daily
- Maintaining all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
- Performing other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- IICRC Certifications (WRT is required. ASD, Mold and Fire Cleaning are desired)
- 1-3 years experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up
- Valid Driver's License (No DUI's or suspensions in past 4 years)
- Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Working knowledge of MICA, Xactanalysis, DASH and other restoration applications
