Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our reputable team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be part of a specialized group working at the forefront of their field, and as part of our team, you'll contribute to shaping the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project schedules for Feasibility Studies projects
  • Establish and manage the initial project budget and schedule baseline for Feasibility Studies and EPCM projects
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Contract Work Breakdown Structures and work package level budgets
  • Set up project management systems using Earned Value Measurement tools
  • Provide regular project reporting on agreed performance metrics including cost and schedule

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling tools such as P6 and MP, advanced knowledge in cost control using Earned Value Management systems, and experience in analyzing and evaluating critical paths impacting contract or project milestones.

About You:
  • 2-5 years industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling tools
  • Advanced knowledge in cost control
  • Experience in analyzing and evaluating critical paths
  • Working knowledge of project control/reporting tools
  • Ability to develop resource-loaded project schedules
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
