As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering outstanding construction projects across Brisbane and surrounds.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Project Manager will:

  • Lead construction projects to achieve approved objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget.
  • Identify and manage project-related health, safety, environmental, and community risks.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, WHS, QBCC, and BPL standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities, including landscaping, pool excavations, formwork, tiling, fencing, and structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Drive successful outcomes by proactively managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction, landscaping, or pool building.
  • A trade qualification (carpentry, concreting, landscaping, or similar) and hands-on construction knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors, site activities, and client relationships.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of WHS, QBCC, and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to problem-solve on the go.
  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor licence (or eligibility), Driver's Licence and White Card
