Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering and Contract Administration, with a strong understanding of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and endorse engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and annexures against project requirements.
  • Assist in assessing and verifying all stages of construction are compliant with statutory and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor contractor's progress and compliance against the construction program.
  • Verify that parts of the works claimed for payment comply with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate and seek comments from specialists and the project team.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' post RPEQ or substantive postgraduate experience in design, construction, maintenance, and contract administration of projects.
  • Possession of a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification accepted by Institution of Engineers Australia as a full Member.
  • Registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland.

This is a full-time position, nominally 40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth. Preference given to candidates living in Brisbane or willing to relocate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
