Product Leadership Role

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of solutions that drive successful product launches and ongoing support.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a product vision aligned with business objectives.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product development.
  • Roadmap Execution: Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that meet customer needs.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in product management within the software-as-a-service industry.
  • Domain Expertise: Understanding of product domains, market landscapes, and customer requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
