Job Summary

We Are Seeking a Results-Oriented Delivery Lead

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the seamless delivery of products to Tier 1 financial services institutions.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with product consultants to coordinate project teams and lead client deliveries
  • Your responsibilities include developing client-facing delivery plans, internal sprint plans, and managing release management activities as changes are promoted and tested
  • You will drive continuous improvement in internal delivery processes, define project metrics, and communicate effectively to stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery efficiency and quality
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress updates
  • Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize delivery processes
Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering successful projects in the wealth management or superannuation industries (or similar)
  • Extensive experience in project management capacity within software development environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
