- Hold tertiary qualifications in nursing and certain disciplines.
- Be familiar with the ACHS Accreditation System and National Standards for Quality Health Services (NSQHS).
- Be proficient in writing reports and driving safety standards and protocols across the Hospital.
The role involves spearheading continuous implementation and monitoring of the quality improvement program while advocating for risk management in alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing all accreditation procedures, offering proactive leadership, engaging in clinical data gathering, organization, and analysis, orchestrating and managing case review inquiries, and providing guidance to Managers on quality enhancement initiatives.
