Hr Coordinator Role

An experienced HR Coordinator is required to join our team, working closely with the Managing Director to provide end-to-end employee support.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Full recruitment process management from advertising to compliance
  • Raising new and change of contracts
  • Supporting inductions and onboarding
  • Providing coaching and development to line management
  • Generalist advice regarding policies, procedures, and processes
  • Leading grievance, disciplinary, and performance management processes
  • Performance review and supporting annual remuneration process
  • Supporting management with talent management
  • Data analytics and reporting
  • Ad hoc projects

We are seeking an individual with prior experience in a similar role who enjoys hands-on work and autonomy. It is essential to have recent exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. You will be an active team player able to communicate at all levels and have a proactive nature for continuous improvement.

The role offers flexible working hours and remote work options. Travel to multiple sites may be required.
