About the Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service by resolving their queries with efficiency and professionalism. Working within a positive and collaborative team, you'll help us achieve customer satisfaction targets and uphold our commitment to putting customers first.
