About the Role: As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a continuous improvement model for customer-facing functions and processes, enabling quality customer outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation by ensuring all IT Service Management processes are developed and reviewed in line with best practice (e.g. ITSM, ITIL, ISO standards etc.) and integrate with each other to provide a consistent end-to-end service for customers.
  • Lead organisation-wide reviews of customer service standards to deliver improved customer outcomes.
  • Assist employees and management to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, matching business process with system requirements to ensure end-to-end alignment.

You will have a high-level knowledge and experience in business analysis and implementation of business quality improvement initiatives with the ability to identify, prioritise and conceptualise tasks which need to be undertaken and resource requirements to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
