**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Operations Integration team as a Continuous Improvement Practitioner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive positive change and contribute to the success of our organisation.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions. This will involve conducting assessments to identify areas of waste and inefficiency within processes, gathering data, analysing processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

To achieve this, you will need to facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and engage employees at all levels. You will also be responsible for monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, providing regular updates to management.

Furthermore, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of improvement initiatives across departments. To address challenges and develop innovative solutions, you will utilise problem-solving techniques and stay informed about industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Conduct assessments to identify areas of waste and inefficiency within processes
  • Collaborate with teams to gather data, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for improvement

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
