A Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Clinical Safety & Quality Unit. As a valued member of the team, you will provide administrative support to the CSQ Director and team members, ensuring core functions, systems, and processes operate efficiently and in accordance with AWH policies, procedures, and local standard operating procedures.

What You'll Do

  • You will work within a multi-disciplinary team environment, positively contributing to team operations and working relationships.
  • You will demonstrate practical and knowledge of administration tasks in the health environment, including highly developed keyboard/data entry computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and a thorough understanding of accuracy/attention to detail.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders using your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You will deal with the public, providing high-quality customer service and communicating effectively.
  • You will be adaptable to change and committed to quality improvement, exploring new ways of working in line with developments in technology, service delivery, and funding requirements.
  • You will prioritize a busy workload, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • You will work independently, motivated and self-sufficient.
