Administrative Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Family Relationship Service department, working closely with the FRS Service Manager and Team Leads to develop and maintain high-quality administrative/operational systems, processes, and procedures.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and maintaining reporting systems, data collection systems, and document templates.
- Coordinating recruitment interviews and onboarding for the People & Culture Team.
- Working on policies and procedures, and providing secretariat support to the FRS Leadership Groups.
- Undertaking specific project work as determined by the FRS Manager, and collaborating with the Risk and Quality team.
- Participating in relevant meetings, professional development processes, and quality improvement processes.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Administration or a related field, and/or extensive relevant experience, with strong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
